Walk of Honor

A lasting tribute

Since its origin in 1952, many dedicated individuals have contributed to the success of the Pinecroft Sedgefield Fire District. It had long been the vision of the department to construct an honorary tribute to the individuals that were instrumental in the creation and success of the department. In the spring of 2014, the "Walk of Honor" was constructed at the front entrance of our headquarter fire station on Bishop Rd. This memorial will provide a lasting tribute to all the individuals who have made the department what it is today, as well as all the firefighters and members who will continue to build upon the legacy.

The Walk of Honor is paved in laser etched commemorative bricks.

For a donation of $100, you can purchase a brick and create a permanent message honoring members both past and present.
